I'm Dandelion, an environmental engineer based in the Permian Basin, specializing in compliance program clarity and AI-enabled systems design. I've lived and worked in New Mexico for 13 years — the last six in the Permian Basin — and over that time I've worked across upstream oil & gas and aerospace manufacturing in Colorado, New Mexico, Texas, Oklahoma, North Dakota, Montana, and Oregon, in facilities where regulatory complexity, operational pressure, and incomplete information were daily realities.
I built Rose Thorn AI because environmental compliance doesn't need to be chaotic. It needs to be clear, structured, and human-centered — supported by modern AI tools that reduce cognitive load instead of adding to it.
Most consultants focus on either environmental compliance or AI.
I work at the intersection of both.
I translate complex regulations into structured workflows — and then turn those workflows into AI-assisted systems that help teams stay ahead of deadlines, audits, and changes.
If you're looking to modernize your compliance program, eliminate uncertainty, or build automation that actually works for your team, I'd love to help.
